Life without worship is a contradiction in terms. Just as God made and provides us with food and water, He made us for praise, thanksgiving and awe of Him. At Calvary, worship is central to everything. During worship Jesus meets us in the proclamation of His word, Baptism and the Lord's Supper. Meeting and knowing Christ is central to our very lives.
Traditional worship is held at 8:30 am.
Sunday School starts at 10:00 am.
Contemporary worship service is held at 11:00 am.
We have an attended nursery available during the service for all children under five years of age.
Calvary encourages children to attend the entire worship service. There is a children's message in each service, but we believe that God also speaks to children in other parts of the service. The congregation understands children will be in worship and supports total family participation in the worship service. Sunday School, children's Christian education, will resume in the fall.
We believe Christ is present in communion, the Lord's Supper. All who have been baptized and share this faith are welcome to take communion.
